Nordstrom truly is the king when it comes to customer service. I like to think of them as the Chick Fil A of department stores. They offer free shipping and free returns and my favorite service of all- buy online pick up in store. Some stores even offer curbside pickup!!! They also have a great program called The Nordy Club where you can sign up (no card required) to earn points on your purchase.
