Today I’m sharing with you my favorite neutral basics under $50. Down in these parts spring comes real early. Like late February early. For the rest of you living up north, last week ya’ll had a blizzard and now it’s 50.
So, we need neutral basics that we can easily mix and match. The Pinterest people now call this a capsule wardrobe.
Right now Nordstrom is killing it in the neutral basics department. I spotted this tiered long sleeve tee and immediately knew I wanted to wear it to a birthday dinner, so in the cart it went.
The truly magical part was the fact that I paid for it online, clicked “pick up in store” and hopped in the car to pick it up. Of course on the way Paige fell asleep. This is the moment every parent dreads because you want to let them sleep but you need to get your errands done. Luckily, Nordstrom has stores that offer curbside pickup. You simply pull up, call the number on the sign and they deliver your clothing right to you!

Just look at those sleeves! I bought this top in a small and it fit perfectly. The material is stretchy and bouncy. If you are busty I would size up.
These mule booties are my new love. I am having a transitional shoe moment so bear with me as I pray for a tulip to sprout any moment. I just cannot wait to wear these with white jeans, this Free People top and bralette I ordered last night. These mules run true to size and I ordered my usual size 9.
