Who’s ready to spring forward in a Hot Pink Dress! I won’t kid ya when I say I am really into pink right now. Just take a look at my Instagram feed! It is such a fun spring color and bright colors are really making me happy right now. My pink dress is a fit and flare which means it tends to accentuate your waist and balance out your hips and shoulders. I also love that it has a faux zipper at the neckline and a V-neck, which helps give you that leaner, longer silhouette that every girl loves. A funny side tid bit; this my friend’s store front and I totally snagged this old bike she had out front because it was really cute. Karma got the best of me because the seat was not tightened or rusting off and I almost fell and ate pavement. I’ll spare you the outtakes my brother in law got!!!
Holy Cannoli Batman, these shoes were love at first sight. I will be honest and say that I love shoes but I probably have the most boring shoe collection. I tend to veer towards nude or neutral shoes to lengthen the look of my legs but when I saw these…man I HAD to have them! What made them even better is they were ON SALE! The colors are so vibrant and will go with almost anything in my closet. I also love the lace ups because they are on trend right now and it adds an element of interest to the shoe. Because my dress was a classic silhouette I wanted to add a pop of fun in my shoes.
Outfit Details
We are off for spring break this week so you know what that means…NO PACKING LUNCHES! Holllla! We have a full week of putting mulch in the flower beds, seeing Zootopia and spending some time with our family from Austin.
Who else hates packing lunches???
