By mid July we are all going a little stir crazy with the kids at home wondering what we can do to fill the day and keep them occupied. I call it the summer SOS- Save Our Sanity. If you live in or around Houston or plan on visiting, below is a list of more than 35 fun family activities in Houston. Many of these activities are free or cost very little money!
To make things easier, I have divided the activities by region. I-10 divides north and south, while I-45 divides east and west. Hopefully this makes activity planning to one or multiple places easier to see in a day or weekend! We frequently visit Galveston and I was wondering if you would want a roundup of our family’s favorite things to see and do? Let me know in the comments of this post or shoot me an email ([email protected]) if you would like a specific Galveston roundup. If you email me, put GALVESTON in the subject line!
