Hi Ya’ll! I’m headed to the Adele concert but I wanted to share this post with you quickly. Be sure to follow along on my Instagram Stories and Snapchat (hauteandhumid). There is no doubt that florals are HUGE right now. When I found this floral dress I knew it would be amazing for fall, through winter and into spring. A key piece to any wardrobe is a great leather jacket. Leather and floral is the perfect cross between feminine and edgy!

This floral dress is so feminine and chic. I love the V-neck and cinched elastic waistline. The tiny buttons that run down the center help break up the floral pattern and really add pretty detailing. My favorite part is the slit up the front. It is so sexy and playful. The slit isn’t too high but opens just enough so you can easily walk. I also love that this dress has a 3/4 sleeve for the colder months. In the south it truly never gets too cold, so a 3/4 length sleeve is perfect. I love that I can wear this floral dress year round. This dress will be great to wear while holiday shopping. It is so comfortable, easy to take off and on and doesn’t wrinkle easily. I sized up and am wearing a medium. The arms run a tad small.
I truly believe every wardrobe should have a leather jacket. They are chic and edgy. Leather jackets are versatile and pair perfectly with skirts, sweaters, camisoles or dresses. I love the mix of this feminine floral dress and the edginess of the leather jacket. My black block heels are my favorite year round shoe. And there are great ways to clean your leather jacket and keep it clean. They are amazing paired with jeans, maxi dresses, skirts or even dress pants. The strap across the toes is wide so there isn’t any digging into the side of your big toe or little toe. The block heel is what really sold this shoe for me. I am not always the most graceful person and the thicker heel allows for a lot more stability when walking. How gorgeous will these be with a Christmas dress, jumpsuit or slacks for the upcoming holidays?!?
How does the sizing run on the dress? I’m an xs/s in most clothing, but I have somewhat broad shoulders.
Hi Kristen, I usually wear a small but sized up to a medium. The arms run a tad small so I would size up. Don’t forget to use the code hauteandhumid40 for 40% off your purchases until Dec 10th!!!
