OUTFIT DETAILS

Can I get an AMEN for Girls Night Out! I have an awesome group of girlfriends and we like to have fun.  Before we go out we have a group text going to see what everyone is wearing. 384 texts later we are dressed and calling an Uber. Sometimes it takes a village for GNO, what can I say? Usually we end up going out 2-3 times a month to have girl chat and pretty much discuss clothes, get a good laugh out about something one of has done lately. For some reason it’s mostly laughing about my totally awesome dance moves someone caught on Snapchat. Then, we always kid about how we are going to setup a women’s commune and all live with each other because the house would always be clean, kids taken care of without having to nag (ah hem I never have to nag my husband, cough cough). Not to mention, the awesome wardrobe, and totally glam chic house we would live in!!!! Sounds like a dream huh! It was our idea so no one can steal it. I am claiming it here and now!

My friend had this faux leather jacket from Express and I LOVED it. We have a pretty mild winter for the most part in Houston so a simple jacket is all we really need. A bomber jacket is a staple piece that never goes out of style. I love pairing it with more feminine pieces like lace or hot pinks. The price is pretty unbeatable too. The leopard pumps I adore and pretty much wear them with anything and everything. I had a lady yell across an outdoor shopping center asking me where I got them! Leopard pumps are such a fun neutral to add interest to any outfit. Lastly, I added these turquoise Kendra Scott earrings because I love the way turquoise and hot pink play off each other. This January I am loving pinks, reds, navy, gray, and black. Mostly neutrals with a little pop of color from the pink and red.
